How To Use

DOUBLE X™ Nutrilite™ RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

Adults should take one vitamin, one mineral and one phytonutrient tablet twice a day with a meal

Please do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.  Do not accept this package if seals are broken or foil packs are open. For freshness, keep tablets in foil packs. Store in a cool, dry place.

All Plant Protein Nutrilite™:

• Those who do not consume adequate amounts of milk, meat, cheese or other high protein foods.
• Those who exercise a lot.
• Those concerned about calories and fat in their diets.
• Those who skip meals, eat small portions or feel that they need extra protein in their diet.
• Children (over 3 years), adolescents, the elderly, and who require additional protein.

Recommended dosage

According to need, add 1 scoop (about 10 g) of powder to milk or other drinks once or several times per day. Stir rapidly, or shake in a tightly closed container, for 1 minute. Alternatively, sprinkle on cereals, soups, salads or other food.

Recommended dosage

Always dissolve contents of 1 stick pack in 250 ml to 375 ml of water or juice, or sprinkle on food and drink a full glass (250 ml) of liquid with each serving. For adults and children of 12 years of age or older, 1 to 2 stick packs per day, gradually increasing fibre intake. Best if consumed with a meal.
